About Us

About Grayver Law Group

Grayver Law Group, P.C. is a corporate and business litigation boutique with offices in Northern and Southern California, and a well-developed network in Europe, Asia, and traditional offshore jurisdictions.

A core focus of our transactional practice is serving the needs of startup and emerging growth companies. Our attorneys’ broad and varied transactional expertise helps provide strategic legal and business advice to our clients through their entire life cycle – from formation and seed funding, to venture capital financings and through eventual exit by IPO or acquisition.

Representation of private companies seeking funding from venture capital firms and angel investors has been an important component of our practice. Our lawyers have extensive experience in advising on a wide range of financing structures, including seed financings, venture capital investments, private equity, and other institutional financings. We are proud to have represented many successful startups with founders from the former Soviet Union, including Miro, Evernote, Semrush, Nginx, Ecwid, Foodcast, Collectly, Ivi, Prisma AI, Reface AI, Electroneek, InDriver, Wallarm, Artec3D, and many others.

As a result of the firm’s experience in the startup community, we understand the practical business needs of early-stage companies. We act as outside general counsel to over one hundred startup and emerging growth clients, including participating in board-level discussions and serving as an extension of the management team. The firm’s transactional practice and decidedly commercial orientation enable its lawyers to understand the business issues that give rise to its litigation matters. As a consequence, the firm is better positioned to determine the facts efficiently, to present them with clarity, and to resolve matters realistically and effectively. The firm’s low overhead and efficiency allows us to offer rates that are on average less than 50% of fees charged by larger firms for comparable services.

Unlike typical large law firms, we do not “layer” our cases with large teams of associates overseen by partners who administer many projects concurrently but have minimal hands-on involvement. All of our lawyers are senior level attorneys with significant experience as partners and associates at the leading national and global law firms.

Our clients are diverse in size and kind. Ranging from startup to mature companies, they include software, life sciences, banks, manufacturing, retail, and construction companies, commercial, industrial, and residential real estate developers, large private equity and venture capital funds, and a variety of other industries and enterprises. The firm has participated in litigation matters throughout the world, with experience in Europe and Asia.
