We represent startup companies through every stage of their lifecycle. We currently represent over one hundred technology startups and have counseled hundreds of entrepreneurs and startup companies on matters including incorporation, corporate governance, employment issues, commercial contracts, and seed and venture capital financings. We have represented companies participating in the leading startup accelerators, such as YCombinator, 500 Startups, Techstars, Alchemist. Our attorneys serve as mentors at Starta Capital Accelerator, Pulsar Accelerator, Startup.Network, and Softlanding Vibranium VC. Our attorneys are skilled at counseling on the basics (e.g., formation, financings, equity incentive arrangements, labor and employment, governance issues, and intellectual property protection).

As a result of our experience in the startup community, we understand the practical business needs of early-stage companies.
