Julian Zegelman

Julian Zegelman is of counsel to Grayver Law Group, PC.

Julian Zegelman assists clients with their diverse business needs, including entity formation, venture capital fund formation, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, private securities offerings, reverse mergers and alternative public offerings, equity and debt financing, corporate governance and compliance, intellectual property protection and transfer, technology licensing, and tax-exempt entity formation, restructuring, and regulatory compliance. Julian successfully represents entrepreneurs and start-ups from inception through multiple rounds of venture financing and ultimate exit. In addition, he also represents a number of venture capital funds and individual angel investors in their investments into portfolio companies.

Since 2014, Julian has also assisted numerous U.S. and global clients with legal issues at the forefront of the blockchain industry.

Julian completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego, and received a law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.
